Beautiful and spacious home very close to Main Street Highlands. Located on Split Rail Row of Bowery Road in the prestigious Sagee Woods neighborhood. This home features one-level living with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, lots of character, and a relaxing outdoor landscape/deck.
A spacious living area with a stone (gas log) fireplace and Smart TV serves as a central point for the house, with cozy seating and direct access to the large open deck. Guests can also enjoy a connected Den with a second fireplace and even more comfortable seating, perfect for curling up with a book--feel free to peruse the owner's personal library for options!
The Master bedroom also has direct access to the deck, complete with a King bed and a SmartTV. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and deep soaking tub, double vanity, and an attached laundry room.
Guest bedroom next to the Master has Queen bed, an ensuite bathroom and it's own smart TV. Second Guest bedroom (Queen) is off of the kitchen/livingroom, and shares the Full Bathroom in the hall.
Outside, the landscaping surrounding the house offers peaceful walking paths with stone accents and a few places to sit in the sun--including the large open deck. It even has a separate fenced area for your furry family!

**This is an animal-friendly property. Pets must be approved and a pet fee is required. -- Those with severe allergies, PLEASE NOTE: Cats are not allowed through our rental agency, but the owners do own cats that occasionally stay at this property.

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]
