Montague’s Retreat – In Town Townhouse

**Minimum rental period is 7 nights due to Home Owners' Association restrictions.**
This home has it all: easy access to town, ample parking, an attached garage, a screened porch with stone (gas)fireplace, plus a covered deck.  And that is only on the outside.   Inside, the kitchen is open to the greatroom and boasts marble countertops with beautiful cabinetry and top of the line Thermador appliances.  The greatroom with gas stacked stone fireplace with large flat screen TV above and a dry bar and bookcases along side.   DirecTV signal, WiFi, and good cellular reception.    The master bedroom is light and airy with King-sized bed a spacious and luxurious master bath.

On the second floor is a second master (King) with a private bath. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds with bath across the hall. Also on this upper floor is a sitting area with a 28" flat screen TV. The rear, main floor porch has a large Weber gas grill and a dining table...Everything needed for a peaceful in-town retreat in Highlands!

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]
