Bluebird Farm is a beautiful 4+ acre property that is perfect for a Family Mountain Getaway! The spacious Main House & cozy Guest Cottage are connected by paved pathways, all overlooking a peaceful pond in a private natural forest setting.
Featuring a large screened porch, fenced yard, vaulted ceilings and a bedroom and bathroom on each of its 3 levels, the Main house is a true mountain cabin with an abundance of natural elements and sunlight. An updated kitchen and a well-crafted stone (woodburning) fireplace in the livingroom provide an inviting space for the whole family to gather. Also on the main level: a Queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The lofted space upstairs is designed to be an elevated "Master" bedroom complete with a King bed, Smart TV, desk, attached bathroom and finally a private balcony.
On the lower level, the finished basement offers another family room with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a ping-pong table, laundry room, and access to a lower patio. This level also has a bunk bedroom and full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The Guest cottage was built in 2003 and offers a separate but close-by & additional space. All on one level, the cottage has its own kitchenette, dining area, livingroom and laundry units. There are two bedrooms (King, 2 Twins) in this home, each with attached bathrooms.
Please Note: The wifi in the Main house doesn't quite reach to the Guest Cottage, so it's more suited for those wanting to "disconnect" while on vacation. A flatscreen TV with an impressive DVD collection is offered in the cottage.
Outside, several walking trails connect each part of the property, including a large private pond just down the hill. An outdoor firepit sits adjacent to the Main House for some extra warmth & coziness on cool mountain evenings.

The two houses are never rented to separate parties; Guest cottage is only offered as an extension of the Main house.*

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers),, basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]
