Cashiers is our sister town located 20-minutes west of Highlands. Home of the Whitewide Mountain Loop that gives incredible 360 views of the surrounding towns. This is the perfect destination for a hiking day with a unique lunch throughout the town. Lake Glenville offers an experience unlike no other in the area! One of the highest-elevation lakes, Lake Glenville is popular for fishing, canoeing, or just spending a day in a pontoon. Explore the waterfalls, islands, and beach areas.

Lake Jocassee is a 9,000 acre man-made lake designated for providing power to Oconee and Pickens Counties. Now Jocassee is enjoyed by thousands due to its beautiful scenery and unique areas.

Similar to Lake Jocassee, Lake keowee covers approximately 56,000 acres of South Carolina. Lake Keowee is loved by locals and is known for its clean waters due to clean-up drives sponsored by its residents. Lake Keowee is known for being free of pollution and litter.
