This beautiful, newly renovated cabin sits just a few minutes from Downtown Highlands and boasts 2 master suites. Each bedroom features new king beds, ensuites, and new smart TVs. The opening concept living, kitchen, dining area has brand new furniture, a 55-inch smart TV and a Bluetooth soundbar. There are plenty of extra throws and pillows to enjoy quiet mornings on the private screened-in porch or evening cocktails by the wood burning fireplace. This home also has an extra large lighted carport in case you need to take cover when returning from your daily explorations. Located just a short drive from Glen Falls trails and approximately 5 minutes from Main Street, this is the perfect home for both a quiet mountain escape and easy access to the lovely town of Highlands.
The best part is that Lark Lodge(formerly Camp Carlee), Peek-a-boo Paradise, Glen Falls Cottage and Backwoods Bungalow are all properties managed by us on the same street, so they provide the perfect accommodations for larger groups that like to have their own space as well.
*This is an animal friendly (DOGS ONLY) property. Pets must be approved and a pet fee is required.*
[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]

We enjoyed the screened porch. Beds very comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need. An added benefit was the whole house generator!! Lost power due to storms. We never thought about this u til the lights etc kicked in!! Location was great. Property management responsive. We will definitely be back!!!"

We are Floridians who were seeking refuge from hurricane Ian and were so fortunate to have been able to pass the time in this sanctuary....a true home away from home. Peek a Boo left no stone unturned and came fully equipped with everything...so modern and yet still keeping the Highlands quaintness. It is situated close to main street but felt like miles away from everything...so quiet, so clean and so restful. We would spend each evening sipping wine on the screened porch listening to a hoot owl deep in the woods. I highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a relaxing vacation in Highlands!
