Nestled on a picturesque mountaintop, Chinquapin is a high-end nearly 2000-acre community immersed in nature--yet only minutes away from the world-class dining, shopping, art, and music of Cashiers, NC. Just outside your door are hiking trails, mountain biking trails, waterfalls, catch & release fishing on a picturesque lake, disc golf, pickleball and much more for the entire family. Take a trip to nearby attractions like Gorges State Park, Whitewater Falls, Lake Glenville....or just relax on the screened deck enjoying all that nature has to offer.
*This is an animal-friendly (DOGS ONLY) property. 1 Dog only, must be approved with a required pet fee. *
[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]

by Robert HThis cabin was just right for our couple (and dog) week-long getaway from the Low Country Heat. It was comfortable and well-equipped and we loved the screen porch, where we spent a lot of time. The neighborhood is walkable and the people we met were friendly. It is walking distance from the Chinquapin amenities. We'll consider staying there again.

by JohannahVery clean, comfortable cabin. We normally like something more private, this is sort of like being on a golf course, but because this was a last minute booking, choices were limited. However, the proximity to our favorite trailhead can’t be beat! Other than the Saturday night concert, it was pretty quiet, and it does have a view from the porch. The bed was comfy. We didn’t feel like any necessary items were missing. The mini golf was a fun surprise. We would consider a return visit.
