The upstairs loft bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. The main level has a queen sized pull out couch and a half bath. Enjoy easy access and close proximity to the available amenities of the Sapphire Valley Resort. Chatterbox is also only 3.8 miles from Cashiers. This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, an Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season.Real estate agencies and/or individual owners wishing to rent out their homes must send a rental/lease agreement with all renters when they come to the Community Center for card pick-up.

[All of the homes managed by Cashiers Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]
