Another full bathroom sits in the hallway across from guest bedroom. Laundry room includes washer, dryer, and utility sink. The open-concept livingroom & kitchen boast plenty of natural light and extended ceilings, as well as a second balcony overlooking the Carolina Square plaza. On the backside of the apartment, a large screened-in porch provides a perfect place to enjoy the cool summer evening, and even has a small TV mounted on the wall.
All TVS in this home (located in the Master, Hall Guest Bedroom, Livingroom, Dining Area, and Screened-in Porch) and are smart TVs, with YouTubeTV provided by the owner for guest use.
