Whether your passion is exploring nature or reading by the fireplace, this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is the perfect place to spend your vacation! Located inside the gates of Old Edwards Club at Highlands Cove with an exceptional view of the mountains, golf course and nearby lake. Just a short drive to Highlands or Cashiers where dining, shopping and an abundance of outdoor activities await!
The living room is spacious with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a massive stone gas fireplace. The Kitchen and breakfast bar sit in the middle of the house, between the living room and another generous seating area with a second stone gas fireplace. The screened in porch off of the livingroom offers amazing views and is a wonderful place to enjoy the cooler weather in the summer or cozy up next to the gas fireplace in the Fall. Primary bedroom (King) on main level, guest bedrooms (both Queens) are on the lower level.
All of the bedrooms have been updated (2019) and outfitted with new mattresses and top of the line linens and towels. This home also has a game room with pool table on the lower level, and a second screened-in porch with a swinging bench and other seating.

**Renters to do not have access to Old Edwards Club amenities or Golf Course. For Preview Membership questions please contact Old Edwards Club directly. Preview Memberships are available for 1, 2 or 3 month terms only.**

*This is an animal (DOGS ONLY) friendly property. Pets must be approved and a pet fee is required.*

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]

** Please be advised that the Convenience fee is the credit card processing fee for the reservation. If you wish to avoid this fee, you may still place your reservation but will need to call the office at 828-526-9999 and pay by echeck **

The location and view are 10 i.e. Outstanding.Needs no explanation w/ a 10. From initial search for the right property for us we/ Lauren to attending to routine maintenance needs/ Lori(the owner) the experience was professional ,responsive and courteous. Highlands Mountain Rental team is a 1st class operation. Not much more needs to be said as I imagine they set the standard for Highland/Cashiers quality rental inventory and service

Beautiful, comfortable home with an incredible outdoor porch with TV and fireplace. We enjoyed the football games over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend out there in front of a roaring fire. Also a really cozy fireplace (gas, switch on easy) in the living room. The TV is internet connected so you can stream movies as well as get DirectTV. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and is a central hub in the living area so even if you are in the kitchen you can still be part of the family activity going on in the LR and DR. Nice to have a garage with remote control and could leave the trash cans in there and the garbage service can access them so no risk of bears. Final bonus was a pool table in a game room area downstairs which the family really enjoyed. We loved this home and would gladly stay there again!The HVR team is very responsive and helpful. Many of the homes in their portfolio suit our family very well. It is easy to communicate with them via text, email and phone.
