Acorn Cabin – Close to Town

Located in the desirable Webbmont area with views of Lake Sequoyah, this cute 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath mountain cottage is the perfect place to relax and escape the heat of the city. 
Acorn Cabin features two levels with plenty of windows to let in natural light and a rustic stone fireplace in the living room that opens onto the partially covered deck -- perfect for cool mountain days.

The main level has a dining room with a sitting bench in the newly-redone bay windows, a cozy kitchen with a pass-through window, and a spacious livingroom with comfortable furniture and of course the fireplace. It has two bedrooms just past the kitchen-- one with two Twin beds, and another with a King Bed & private half bathroom. A full bathroom shares the hallway with these bedrooms.
Downstairs, which is accessed using the small spiral staircase in the living room; you'll find a King bedroom suite with its own TV and access to the lower patio, as well as another full bathroom and a large laundry room. 
Get a peek at Lake Sequoyah through the foliage from the deck as you lounge in the cool mountain air, or hop in the car for a short 2 mile drive to Downtown Highlands and all of its wonderful shopping and dining opportunities. For more water views, a quick trip in the other direction will have you following the Cullasaja River Gorge with several hiking and waterfall stops along the road!

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]
