GUEST COTTAGE:
Tucked into the side of an extended gravel driveway, this 2-story, 1 Bed/1Bath cottage features an open livingroom with a modern sleeper-sofa couch, gas fireplace and large smart TV. Around the corner is a fully equipped kitchen with a sink, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and 4-burner gas range. Upstairs offers a plush King bed and a full bathroom with a tub-shower combo. This cottage also has a large covered porch for enjoying the fresh mountain air.
Additional amenities include Free WIFI, fully stocked linens and towels, extra pillows and blankets, coffee maker, and a hair dryer.
A washer and dryer are also available in a lower basement room of this home.

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]
