Award Winning Chef Nicholas Figel and Chef Dan  introduces International Cuisine to Highlands NC. We take our inspiration from peasant food and traditional cuisines from around the world. Creating an exciting menu with different International options and flavor profiles. We make our food by hand using time honored traditional cooking methods. 
We have partnered with Marker Mountain Farms to fully utilize a fresh harvest, diverse heirloom variations.We shop ethnic markets to deliver authentic and traditional International flavor. 
The Rooftop and  Dining room are relaxing, inclusive, and a great place to enjoy great food and good times with friends and family, or join us at our Rooftop Bar for a cocktail while overlooking Main St.
